Refund policy

Every As Fuck item is printed on demand, just for you, as soon as you order. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size, so please check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives with a misprint, a defect, damage, or it's the wrong item, we've got you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You won't need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 14 days, or your package is marked delivered but you never got it, contact us and we'll help sort it out with the carrier, or send a replacement.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't cover orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but we'll always try to help.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, before they go into production. After that, the order is already being printed and can't be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
